You are determined. You want to get the body of your dreams, a toned body, stylized, with little fat and above all a body of healthy appearance, no extreme thinness that all they produce is sorrow in people who see them but do not know how to start, because to make it a little easier today I'll give you the keys to get the body of your dreams.

One of the most classic mistakes, when we want to lose weight is to take fewer calories, we go hungry, which only brings us negative consequences.

Our body needs nutrients that we have to provide; if we train hard, we will need more nutrients to recover from overexertion. Eating little will slow down our body, and when we return to eating normally, we will gain weight, and you don't want that, do you?

Besides, being hungry will lead you to eat unhealthy food between meals. If you want to get the body of your dreams, you have to learn to choose the foods you are going to eat, choose to cook meats and fish on the grill or in the oven, and learn to choose the carbohydrates you should eat and which you should avoid. Remember that legumes are your friends. They satisfy you and are super healthy; a good example is lentils.

What is Bio typing?

You may have been doing some sport for some time and not noticed the results. You may also be trying a rigid diet, and you haven't seen a significant change in your body. Calm down because we know what the problem is. It's called biotype.

The biotype is related mainly to the genetics or morphology of a person and is the characteristics that define structurally and morphologically a person, i.e., your body shape. This does not mean that you will never be able to change your body, but there is a specific shape that comes to you by the constitution, and it is more complex. Of course, you can achieve many things with the appropriate exercise and the proper diet.

It is essential to know our biotype to choose, for example, which sport suits us or how to diet. Professional athletes even have their skin folds measured to determine which one they belong to. We do not aspire to so much, but it is time to know your biotype and learn how to make the most of the world. But you should also keep in mind that striving to achieve a body that is not ours is absurd. You will get more out of it if you focus on your fitness:

  • You will see results faster.
  • You will be more motivated.
  • You will feel happier with your body.

If you don't recognize yourself in any of these categories, you may have components of various types. Pay attention and keep the names.

  • Work your muscles

This is another training basic that I will never tire of repeating, but the exercises that work our muscles far from making us have a "man's body" help us reduce fat and improve our immune function, plus a toned body will help you highlight your natural curves.

  • Beware of salt

Salt is not necessary for our body, especially if we are an athlete and sweat a lot, but we have to be careful with the salt shaker because salt will make us retain fluids.

  • Eliminate processed foods

Yes, we know that processed foods are wealthy, but they do not bring you anything. Processed foods are rich in fats and not exactly the good ones, sugars, and salt; in return, they have a meager nutritional value. The conclusion is that calorie bombs do not nourish you and are full of empty calories.

  • Create your food diary

Write down everything you eat and drink every day, but also write down why you take it, if you feel stressed, maybe you are hungry or maybe you are bored, whatever you feel, write it down in your food diary. You will be amazed at the results, and just 3 days of doing this will help you lose weight. If, in addition to keeping your food diary, you also keep one with your physical activity (which I recommend every week), the results will be spectacular.

  • Fats, yes, but the good kind

Do not avoid fats. Research shows that people with diets with 30 to 50% healthy fats reduce body fat. Learn how to distinguish good fats from bad fats here.

  • Include fiber and protein in all your dishes

Dishes that include lean protein and fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables will make you feel satiated longer, so you eliminate the temptations to snack and take in fewer calories throughout the day.

  • Alcohol is your enemy

An excellent beer on a terrace, a glass of wine with an aperitif, a shot after lunch, but all this adds up to many calories we will hardly consume.

If, in the end, you decide to drink alcohol, opt for wine, beer, or cider instead of distilled beverages which are more harmful.

  • Get enough sleep

Some people think that sleeping is a way of wasting time. How wrong they are!

A good sleep pattern has been shown to improve body composition.

While we sleep, many things happen to our bodies. Growth hormones and IGF-1 are activated, which help us build muscle and burn fat.

Now that you know everything you need to do to get the body of your dreams, it's time to get down to work.
